This policy explains how Nexora AI handles information when you use our presentation, document, image, workspace, export, authentication, and payment services.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan, and credit balance.
• Content you submit or create, including prompts, presentations, documents, images, uploads, comments, and project metadata.
• Usage and security information such as feature events, request identifiers, timestamps, browser information, approximate network information, errors, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Payment records such as order, payment, coupon, amount, status, and plan information. Nexora does not store full card or bank credentials.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate and store requested content, process credits and payments, recover accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing and subprocessors

Prompts and relevant context may be sent to configured AI and image providers to complete your request. Infrastructure and service providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Groq or another disclosed OpenAI-compatible text provider, Pollinations or another image provider, and Razorpay. These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy terms. Do not submit secrets, regulated records, or highly sensitive personal information unless Nexora has explicitly approved that use.

Storage, retention, and security

Generated private assets are stored in access-controlled storage. We use authentication, authorization, encryption in transit, rate limiting, audit records, and signed or private asset access. No online service is risk-free. We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed for security, payment, legal, backup, and dispute obligations.

Your choices and deletion

You may update account details or request account deletion from Profile. Deletion removes or schedules removal of active account content and access links, subject to limited retention required for fraud prevention, payment records, backups, security logs, or law. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion assistance.

Cookies and authentication

We use essential storage and cookies for authentication, OAuth security, preferences, and service operation. We do not use these essential mechanisms for third-party advertising.

Children

Nexora is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their location. A parent, guardian, school, or authorized institution must provide any required consent.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
