Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nexora AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use Nexora with authorization from a parent, guardian, school, employer, or organization. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

The service

Nexora provides tools for generating, editing, storing, sharing, and exporting presentations, documents, and images. Features may depend on available credits, plan duration, provider capacity, and supported formats.

Credits and plans

Text content generation costs 1 credit. Presentation generation, document generation, and image generation each cost 5 credits. PPTX, DOCX, and PDF exports are free. Unused credits roll over while the account remains available, but time-limited premium benefits such as watermark removal expire after the displayed plan duration. Prices, taxes, coupons, and exact entitlements are shown before payment.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Nexora and its processors the limited permission required to host, process, generate, transform, store, and transmit that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.

AI output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or similar to material generated for others. You must review facts, citations, calculations, medical or financial statements, intellectual-property issues, and suitability before use. Nexora output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexora to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; evade security or credit controls; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; generate unlawful abuse; or submit secrets or regulated information without authorization. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens users or the service.

Payments and refunds

Payments are one-time unless checkout clearly states otherwise and are processed by Razorpay. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Chargebacks, duplicate payments, or missing credits should be reported promptly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nexora reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every provider request succeeds. We may make necessary security, reliability, legal, or compatibility changes while protecting stored user work where reasonably possible.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexora is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Nexora is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Nexora and request account deletion. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions concerning payments, ownership, liability, and lawful retention survive termination where applicable.
